Marzena Szybiak

Greetings! I'm Marzena Szybiak, a dynamic Polish expat who has called Malta home for the past seven enriching years. Among my many roles, I am a certified coach, hold a master's degree in business psychology, and proudly wear the hat of an author. My journey has taken me from Poland to the UK and back, and it's imbued me with invaluable experiences that I now use to support fellow expats like you.

As a certified coach, I've designed unique programs called "Dream is Due", “Expat Success Coaching Program”, “Never Give Up Dear”, “Expat Journey to Success”, and “Navigating Your Journey Abroad”.

Those programs are all about assisting individuals in transforming their lives. Whether you're a woman, a man, a dreamer, a partner, a daughter, a son, a sister, or simply a student of life, I'm here to help you identify and overcome the obstacles that stand in your way. My mission is to instill in you the belief that self-appreciation is the key to progress. I want to see you set sail with renewed confidence, and ultimately, achieve those long-cherished dreams and goals.

Born in Chorzów, Poland, I spent my formative years there. At the age of 21, I embarked on a life-changing journey to the UK, where I spent over four years learning, working, and experiencing the world. Upon returning to Poland, I ventured into entrepreneurship, becoming an importer and distributor of optical frames, glasses, and innovative eyewear. My innovative approach introduced unique products to the Polish market, including glasses with USB sticks and 3D capabilities. Along the way, I collaborated with various companies from diverse industries.

My academic journey took me through five years of business studies, including a memorable five-month stint in Italy. Malta, with its breathtaking beauty and sense of freedom, has been my home for the past seven years. The sea, the wind, and the sun here have become my daily companions, nurturing my spirit and sense of adventure.

Reflecting on my life, I can confidently say that I've always sought my true place and purpose. I used to be impatient, and eager to achieve my goals quickly. Today, I understand that every decision has its consequences, and success is a journey that requires both humility and patience. I've learned these lessons not just for myself but also for the benefit of my clients, whom I support in their life transformations.

My professional background is as diverse as my life experiences. I've worked for companies spanning the electronics, clothing, education, telecommunications, real estate, optical, car rental, and financial industries. I've been an employee in both small companies and international corporations, both in Poland and abroad. I understand the challenges of starting and running a business, the importance of courage and knowledge, and the daily dose of positive thinking required for success.

My journey has seen its share of setbacks, but I view them as challenges rather than failures. I firmly believe that in life, it's not about how many times you fall, but how many times you muster the strength to rise.

Even with my achievements, I'm continually working on maintaining a positive internal dialogue. I understand the importance of support, motivation, and identifying energy-draining elements in one's life. I've experienced financial highs and lows, and I've learned that success and failure are subjective concepts. I've been both an independent worker and part of a team, single and in relationships, and I comprehend the struggle of navigating unfavorable circumstances.
