Isaac Goodine

Isaac Goodine is a Retiree of the World Bank, and is active as a short term-consultant on-call as well a Member of the Speakers Bureau of the World Bank Group. He is a member of the World Bank Institute Alumni and remains engaged through the e-Learning program. He obtained certificates in "Economics of Education for Policymakers (Part 2I) e;Learning", 2011; and "Dimensions of Teacher Policies, e-Learning Course", 2012'. He has remained engaged by completing 24 consulting assignment since his retirement and by numerous visits to the World Bank, Washington ,D.C.
Before joining the World Bank, his successive main assignments were: Principal, New Brunswick Institute of Institute of Technology; Founding Principal Zambia Institute of Technology; Director, Department of Technical Education and Training, Republic of Zambia; Founding Principal Kenya Technical Teachers College.
He then served over 10 years as a regular staff member of the World Bank.
Full time positions after the Bank included First Secretary Canadian Embassy, Manila: Director General, Colombo Plan Staff College; First Secretary, Canadian High Commission, Bridgetown, Barbados; Managing Director Knowledge Development Institute, Barbados.
