Teaching international relations for many years at the Australian National University and the University of Sidney (among others), Dr. Ken Fraser is an analyst, writer, and prolific lecturer on international relations theory and world order, human rights, economic and military history. He has also been a contributing analyst with the Wikistrat consulting group.
