Joseph Levitan

An Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education at McGill University. His research interests include leadership, teaching, and policy for social justice in education. Dr. Levitan is an educational philosopher and anthropologist who engages in action research to improve the quality and responsiveness of schools and educational organizations. Award-winning and widely published, Dr. Levitan focuses most of his attention on working collaboratively with communities around the world to build more just and equitable learning spaces.
